Prices/Cancellations

• All bookings are non-refundable/ transferrable A 50% retainer fee of selected package is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining 50% is required 14 working days before your event date. In instances where your wedding is cancelled due to an"Act Of God' all fees are non refundable.

• We allow one change of date if your wedding cannot legally go ahead due to an act of God. Any further date changes incur £50

• If the Arike team cancels at any time or is unable to perform their duties for any reason, the retainer will be fully refunded within 5-7 working days. If full payment has already been made, the full payment will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

• If the booking is within 7 days of the date you are enquiring, full payment is required.

• Please note that before and after pictures will be taken at your booking.

• Please note that you may not always have Arike as your makeup artist. We have a full team trained to give you the amazing look!

Travel(Uk and International)

​

• Arike travels for Bridal and shoot bookings. A travel fee will be required to cover transport to and from the location she is required to be at.

• All other bookings are done in her studio in East Croydon, London

• For bookings outside/inside of London transportation fees/ accommodation fees may apply- this includes train, plane, taxi, parking costs, car fares. A minimum of 4 star hotel uk / 4 star outside UK reservations (non sharing) and breakfast if overnight stay is required. Link to hotel must be approved before booking.

• Checkout time from hotel must be a maximum of 2 hours from pick-up time on the departure day.

• Accommodation close to your venue may be required the night before the event if, journey time is over 2 hours one way, the start time is 6am or earlier, or there are other foreseeable events/delays.

• All destination bookings a food allowance of up to £100 must be provided

• For any additional days, a £100 is required for each day that I am in the destination country but not providing services.

• Additional fees apply for all bookings that require a start time earlier than 7:30am

• Bridal party will be charged a waiting fee if makeup artists arrives on time and has to wait more than 10minutes to begin styling.

• Bridal bookings of a group of more than 3 will require a an assistant- transportation fees and accommodations
  costs will also apply.

• Bookings outside of London require a minimum package totaling £650.

Preparation

​

• Please ensure that all unwanted facial hair has been removed and your brows are groomed (to your preference) before the booking for a clean finish. If there are any brands, products or ingredients that you or anyone booked under your name are allergic to please notify me when booking to avoid any reactions.

Timekeeping

​

• If you are running late for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible.

• If you are 15 minutes late, please be advised there will be a £10 late fee which must be paid on arrival. If you are over 20 minutes late, you run the risk of your booking being cancelled and your payment being forfeited.
